A full range of business support measures have been made available to UK businesses and employees.

This page helps businesses find out how to access the support that has been made available, who is eligible, when the schemes open and how to apply.

Some aspects of business support are devolved. For business support outside of England go to ScotlandWales and Northern Ireland.

Scottish Government Support for Businesses: 

The Scottish Government has announced a package of measures worth £2.2 billion to support Scottish businesses.

Changes have been made to business rates in Scotland for 2020-2021 along with extra rates relief:

Grants

Retail, hospitality and leisure businesses with a rateable value between £18,001 and up to and including £50,999 will be able to apply for a one-off grant of £25,000.

A one-off grant of £10,000 will also be available to small businesses who get Small Business Bonus Scheme relief/ Rural Relief.

You can also get this grant if you applied for Nursery Relief, Business Growth Accelerator Relief or Disabled Relief but are eligible for the Small Business Bonus Scheme.

Businesses in Scotland can apply to the Business Support Fund for a grant to help them deal with the impact of the outbreak.
