One of the highlights of the Dunbartonshire business calendar will take place next week with businesses coming out in force to support the event.
Around 100 guests are booked to attend the annual Dunbartonshire Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lunch on Friday 8th at the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel.
Open to all businesses this popular annual lunch is one of the Chamber’s main events each year and offers the opportunity for guests to join directors, members and other businesses to network and celebrate the business year.
The event has also received backing from Clydebank-based, facilities management company, Sectorserve Group, who are the Headline Sponsor as well as from event sponsor, SkyAdsmart, and event partner, Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel.
As part of its Armed Forces Programme, ChamberFORCE, the Chamber will be supporting the veterans charity, Erskine, as the nominated charity for the 2023 lunch.
Damon Scott, Chamber Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted with the positive response we have had for this years’ lunch and are looking forward to a great event.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Sectorserve Group who have come on board as our headline sponsor, to our event partner – the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel, and to event sponsor – SkyAdsmart. As a not-for-profit organisation sponsorship of this kind is really important to help support our ongoing work.”
Emma Armstrong, Director, Sectorserve said: “We are really keen to support the activities of the Chamber and recognise the positive impact these make on the local economy and communities. The Christmas lunch provided a great opportunity to align Sectorserve with this celebration of the business year and to raise our own profile.”
Damon Scott reminded businesses that there is still time to book: “Both members and non-members can book right up to the day before. The lunch is ideal for rewarding teams at Christmas or, for a smaller companies, being part of a Christmas celebration with other members of the business community, making connections and re-connecting with existing contacts”.
